Innovative teaching and training activities Dynamic Toolkit
The Dynamic Toolkit is a collection of 30 innovative teaching and training activities designed to support the acquisition of transversal skills. It is addressed to educators across Europe, to support them in the process of designing their classes/lectures aimed at fostering acquisition of transversal skills by their students (including in large classes).
The Dynamic Toolkit is available both in digital and printable versions. It collects a wide range of teaching/learning activities/methods/practices co-designed with companies and university professionals.
Fifteen teachers tested a selection of the methods as part of the eLene4Life Pilot Projects and the Dynamic Toolkit is also a key focus of the eLene4Life MOOC Active Learning for Soft Skills Development. Several organisations and HE learning and teaching development units across Europe and beyond have already integrated the Dynamic Toolkit into their teacher training activities.
Our Project Objective
eLene4Life supports curriculum innovation in higher education (HE) through the development of active learning approaches for transversal skills, with the ultimate aim of improving students’ employability.
