Who we are
The open source software WordPress is being used to host our website. WordPress have added several GDPR enhancements to make sure WordPress is GDPR compliant. We are running the latest version of WordPress 5.9.1 Our website address is https://elene4life.eu.
How we use your information
The project will develop a series of outputs and related activities with results being made publicly on the eLene4Life website. To achieve our objective, the website will collect some of your personal data.
We use personal information for the purposes listed below:
- A contact form to collect your Name and Email Address. This is an option to register for our Newsletter. We use WPForms a user-friendly contact form plugin that facilitates GDPR compliance.
- Cookies and Consent – you will see a banner appear across the bottom of the screen: this banner defaults to our privacy policy page. The text button allows you to accept or dismiss the use of cookies. Jetpack stores this information.
Analytics and Activity
The WordPress stats lets us know how many visits our website gets. In addition to personal information we may also collect the following anonymous information.
- IP address
- Website usage data; Post and page views
- Outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms
- Country
- Tracks performance on each page load for performance issues.
Use of Media
We may use photographs and other types of media to disseminate project results. Publication of participants that are accessible by public requires the consent of the individual. Individuals can withdraw consent at any time.

File Formats
Files are stored in Google Drive in a publicly accessible folder. There are a variety of file formats: Word, PowerPoint and PDF.
