“eLene4Life – La filiera della formazione dalle aziende alle università tra Soft Skills e Active Learning” was a conference on matching HE and corporate learning models.
It took place on the 20th January 2020, right before the pandemic lockdowns, at Aula Castigliano, in Politecnico di Milano.

Belgium Multiplier Event – elene4life at the European Conference for Student Affairs and Services

eLene4Life held its second online Multiplier Event on 19 November 2020. The event was held under the umbrella of the European Conference for Student Affairs and Services from 18-20 November 2020, one of the biggest events in Europe for professional development dedicated to university administrators.

Warsaw Multiplier Event: online seminar about the eLene4Life project, Dynamic Toolkit and pilots

Organising a project seminar (multiplier event) in Warsaw was planned for the spring of 2020. We wanted to share with representatives of other universities the results of the eLene4Life project so far, and in particular, present them the Dynamic Toolkit and ask them for their opinion.

German Multiplier Event “Digital skills for the job market – Active learning & soft skills – practical experience and recommendations”

eLene4Life held its 4th multiplier event online on 21st April 2021 as a panel entitled “Digital skills for the job market – Active learning & soft skills – practical experience and recommendations”. The event was held as part of the DiGi-Talk event series of the Virtual Campus Rheinland-Pfalz (VCRP), the e-learning coordinating institute of the state of Rheinland-Pfalz.

The conference, carried out on the 28th of October 2020, was aimed at presenting the forthcoming MOOC, launched in February 2021, and the opportunity that it represents to make a new step in the innovation of university teaching approaches.

French Multiplier Event – Soft skills: the keystone to recruitment and professional development?

On Tuesday June 15th 2021, the HR webinar AUNEGe / eLene4Life brought together nearly fifty participants (teachers, students and company representatives) to discuss the questions:

  • How does soft skills training take place in a large company?
  • How can universities better prepare students to develop so-called transversal skills such as teamwork, creativity and problem solving?

Dundee Multiplier Event – eLene4life Knowledge Exchange: Enhancing soft skills through active learning for education and employment

eLene4life held its final multiplier event which was the project conference on the 27th May 2021. Due to restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was hosted online by the University of Dundee and Aunege.

The conference was an opportunity for the project team to share the outcomes of the project with a wider audience, develop a community of practice and share examples of best practice from colleagues across the wider Higher Education sector.

Our Project Objective

eLene4Life supports curriculum innovation in higher education (HE) through the development of active learning approaches for transversal skills, with the ultimate aim of improving students’ employability.
