Succession of short (6 weeks max) real-world missions within companies, going from startup creation to takeover, turnaround or liquidation of companies.
No specific tool.
Promote to companies the offer of missions that can be carried out by students.
Define the aim and type of the mission in the company (consulting, business takeover, liquidation, process transformation e. g. from analog to digital).
Ensure that the soft skills students are expected to mobilise and develop are made explicit to both the company and the students themselves.
Create a rubric to assess these soft skills, and make it available to the company and to the students before the mission starts.
Manage the companies’ mission requests and assign students to these missions.
Follow students during the mission:
regular contacts with students and in-company tutors.
Organise a jury for assessment.
Each group of students presents the mission and the main results to a jury of relevant professionals (up to 60 people)
10 mins of presentation 5 mins questions/answers assessment done by the jury.
